Our Free Lifetime Warranty

Jewelry isn't just an accessory — it's how you tell your story. Every Avalee piece is crafted to endure, and we stand behind it for life. Each item purchased from avaleediamonds.com is covered by our complimentary Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty from the day it arrives.

What the Lifetime Warranty Covers

We warrant that all jewelry purchased from Avalee Diamonds will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery, and that our lab-grown and natural diamonds will never fade, cloud, or lose their brilliance over time.

If a covered defect appears — such as a loose stone caused by faulty workmanship, a defective clasp, or a structural flaw in the setting — we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you, including insured shipping both ways.

The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, applies only to items purchased directly from Avalee Diamonds, and is non-transferable.

What Is Not Covered

While we proudly stand behind our craftsmanship, the following are not considered manufacturing defects and are excluded from coverage:

• Normal wear and tear — scratches, dents, bent shanks, and the gradual thinning of precious metals (especially prongs) through everyday wear.
• Loss or theft — including the loss of a center stone, side stones, or the entire piece.
• Damage from trauma or accident — chipped, cracked, or broken stones and damage caused by impact.
• Improper care — discoloration or damage from chemicals, perfumes, chlorine (pools and hot tubs), harsh cleaners, or improper storage.
• Third-party work — any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by a jeweler not affiliated with Avalee Diamonds will void this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, email us at care@avaleediamonds.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos and/or video of the area of concern
• A brief description of how and when you noticed the issue

Our team will review your claim, typically within 2 business days. If the issue is a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a prepaid, insured shipping label and handle the repair at no cost to you. Most repairs are completed and on their way back within 1–3 weeks.

If we determine the damage falls outside the warranty, we'll send you a repair estimate first — there's never a charge without your approval. Either way, your jewelry comes back to you in a brand-new Avalee presentation box.

Repairs & Ongoing Care

Even well-loved jewelry needs maintenance. Our U.S. workshop offers affordable repair and care services for the life of your piece, including:

• Professional cleaning and re-polishing
• Prong tightening and re-tipping
• Rhodium re-plating for white gold
• Side-stone replacement
• Clasp and chain repair

Remember: service performed by an outside jeweler voids your warranty, so please contact us first — we'll always work to keep repair costs low while protecting the integrity of your piece.

Free Ring Resizing

Love your ring but the fit isn't quite right? We'll resize it once for free within 60 days of delivery for U.S. orders. Just reach out, ship it to us with the prepaid label we provide, and we'll return it perfectly fitted.

Please note that eternity-style bands cannot be resized and must be remade in the correct size — we offer this as a one-time courtesy within the same 60-day window. After the complimentary period, resizing is available for a modest fee, provided the ring's integrity can be maintained.

International orders: because duties and taxes are charged each time jewelry crosses a border, we're unable to offer resizing on international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Protecting Your Jewelry Beyond the Warranty

Our warranty covers how your jewelry was made — not what life throws at it. We strongly recommend insuring fine jewelry against loss, theft, and accidental damage, including damage to your center stone. Diamonds are remarkably durable, but they are not indestructible. Most homeowner's or renter's policies offer jewelry riders, and dedicated jewelry insurers can cover your piece for a small annual premium.
