Processing Times

Because fine jewelry deserves a final quality inspection before it leaves our workshop, please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking the moment it ships. Need a piece by a specific date? Contact us before ordering and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.

Delivery & Signature

Orders ship via FedEx or UPS with full insurance. For your protection, orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery — please plan to have someone available, or use the carrier's link in your tracking email to redirect the package to a pickup location.

PO Boxes: because signature and insurance requirements apply, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a street address.
Address changes: contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once a package ships, we cannot reroute it to a new address for security reasons.
Military addresses (APO/FPO): please contact us before ordering so we can confirm options for your location.

Your order is protected in transit. Every shipment is insured for its full value until it is delivered and signed for. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us right away — we'll file the claim and make it right. Please don't accept a package that appears opened or tampered with; refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

International Shipping

We're pleased to ship to select international destinations. International orders are shipped fully insured with tracking. Please note:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically 7–21 business days after shipment.
Ring resizing is not available for international orders, so please double-check your size with our team before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account at avaleediamonds.com. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
